Creative Commons 推出 3.0 授權條款，主要更新有：
1. 將通用授權與美國授權分離
2. 容許衍生創作並不限制作者的精神權利 (moral rights)
3. 加強支援版權管理組織會員使用 CC
4. 使用者不可以借姓名標示來不適當地聲稱與作者有聯系
5. 列出 CC -BY-SA 兼容的版權 (見此)
