正如 iPod 的 DRM，亦正如 HD-DVD 及 Blue Ray 的 DRM (AACS)，微軟 Zune 播放器的 DRM 亦已被破解。正如早前著名程式員 Jeremy Allison 所說，DRM 技術原理本身就是容易被破解的。
